چکیده
Calcium phosphate coatings are widely used to increase the biocompatibility of metal implants. Nowadays various dopants in structure calcium actively studied. Nitric oxygen is known as an essential mediator blood flow. Its presence coating can stimulate angiogenesis and promote osseointegration implant. This article dedicated study morphology physico-chemical properties formed via reactive RF-$$$magnetron sputtering hydroxyapatite mixture noble gases (Ne, Ar Xe) nitrogen with same volume concentrations. There a decrease grain size roughness growth atomic mass gas nitrogen. The Ca/P ratio also decreases gas. Coatings Ne + N2 Xe mixtures characterized by higher surface free energy comparison ones N2. It allows us suggest that more biocompatible than N2, however, additional studies needed prove it.

The aim of this paper is to study the effect of substrate on the Cu3N thin films. At first Cu3N thin films are prepared using DC magnetron sputtering system. Then structural properties, surface roughness, and electrical resistance are studied using X-ray diffraction (XRD), the atomic force microscope (AFM) and four-point probe techniques respectively. Finally, the results are investigated and c...

Mechanically robust photocatalytic titanium oxide coatings can be deposited using reactive magnetron sputtering. In this article, we investigate the effect of doping on the activity of reactively sputtered TiO2. Silver, copper and stainless steel targets were used to co-deposit the dopants. The films were characterised using XRD, SEM and EDX. Adhesion and mechanical properties were evaluated us...
